Financial Accountant | Permanent Full Time Close to Public Transport $90,000 - $95,000 superannuation The Company We're currently partnering with a well-established organisation seeking a Financial Accountant to join their collaborative finance team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the full finance function - from reporting and audits to budgeting, compliance, and forecasting. The Position As the Financial Accountant, you will be reporting into the Finance Manager and be responsible for, but not limited to: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Monitoring financial data and highlighting key trends and discrepancies Supporting internal and external audit processes with accurate documentation Managing tax compliance including BAS, payroll tax, and payment processing Assisting with budgeting and forecasting across the company and departments Performing month-end and year-end close activities Maintaining clean and organised financial records, including issuing credit/debit notes Adhoc tasks as required within the Finance Team About You CPA or CA qualified (or near completion) Proven experience in a similar Financial Accounting role Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax obligations Advanced Excel skills: SAP or SAP S/4HANA experience is highly desirable Analytical, detail-driven, and confident working both independently and in a team This is a hybrid position.
